The last few weeks have been exceptionally busy… both at my office job and also with my yoga. I followed a very interesting course last week (details in another post) which yet again makes me think how best I can use yoga to help myself and to help others.
Sometimes though, the best thing to do is to do nothing at all. Sometimes you need to step back and let someone with more expertise jump in. Yoga is so much about doing something positive – for yourself but for others too. The key is to know when to step forward and when to step back.
So… feeling very thoughtful but also inspired.
