It’s been a while since I last posted but I have not come to standstill. Lately I’ve been continuing to make a concerted effort to get my meditation practice back on track. Funny how it always seems more important in a busy, chaotic period but then it always get lost most quickly in that same period.
I’ve tried lately a change in strategy and have been using an app to help stay on track. It feels a little strange to being relying on a little icon in my mobile and a calming yet friendly voice to guide me through especially when my mobile is generally the cause of my missing mediation practice and becoming even more monkey-minded. But it is what it is and sometimes it’s good to step out of your pattern and try something different.
The world is constantly changing and technology is changing. Sometimes it feels like we need to work out how to use it to your advantage.
