A short while ago I bought a diary, somehow wanting to get back to writing thoughts down as I used a long time ago. Somehow there is something very therapeutic about putting thoughts to paper .. you get to let them out and then let them go.. my new diary was full of motivational thoughts and hints and questions.. forcing me to write down each day what my intention is and also at the end of the day, how my day was, how my yoga practice was (yes.. it was a yoga-inspired journal!).. I’ve realized that I’ve kept it now for around 6 months and it’s become a ritual.
I recommend it giving it a try.. buy yourself a new diary or just even a nice notebook and let it all out.. the good, the bad and the ugly… it feels good.
